TRAVEL TRAVEL TRAVEL

Towards the end of 2014 a thing I said I wanted to do In 2015 was more travel , explore new places and find new things to do as the year went on . Now 5 months in I've already done more travel than I had last year at all

During the first couple of months I didn't really appear to do much but as may hit  It seems to be all I've done . Not internationally or anything ( although I will be going to France for 4 days I'm July ) just up and down the country . 2 trips to Birmingham , a trip to London and then within the coming weeks another to Birmingham and one to Leeds .

I live pretty far away from all of the said locations(ew to small towns in the countryside , unless that's your thing , If it is then carry on you probably won't be interested in my city adventures )  so within the time I've spent travelling to these different places it means I've actually spent quite a few of those hours sat down in a car actually getting to where I needed to be that day .  Meaning I've spent roughly 17 hours in a car the past couple of weeks . During car journeys your mind often finds it hard to stay in the same place even though your body isn't . As I blared several different albums with my mum through our car radio whilst we went along the thought of "I wonder what people who have memories of this place think of it when they come back or pass through" because I guess I was a tourist through all the small towns and villages we went through, the only memory id ever have of it was completely passing through it to get to the location I actually wanted to be in , but anyway , what was I actually going to these different places for?

The first Birmingham trip - a pentatonix , for a Christmas present my mother brought us both a ticket to go and see the 5 peice acapella band together in Birminghams 02 academy . We spent the day shopping in the bullring shopping centre , ate dinner at a wonderful little restraunt  in Chinatown called Ming moon and then stood outside in the freezing cold for 2 hours waiting to get in to the concert , but it seemed as when we eventually went and watched the show the wait was well worth it

London trip !!! - I have to say the London trip was one of my favourite trips ever , the journey there ended up being around 3 and a half hours but none of that really mattered once we got there . I went shopping On Oxford street for a little while , had dinner with my mum then met up with some of my online friends (I'd never met them in real life before and it felt amazing to be together with all of them)  where we went shopping for a little while together in Westfield and then took our adventures all the way to the Tyler Oakley slumber party tour, it was iconic.

Birmingham trip 2!!- Now this trip was actually only yesterday , but for my friends birthday (and because why not) we both decided to travel down to Birmingham for Connor Frantas book signing . We went for dinner at Ming moon again (seriously go there it's fricking incredible!!!) and then went from china town into more central Birmingham to the waterstones just outside the bullring to queue for Connors book signing , it was so much fun and he had such a nice atmosphere around him.

Future trips ?? - I'm really excited about what I have planned for the future trips of this year such as , a 5 seconds of summer concert , an Ariana Grande concert and a trip to DisneyLand Paris BUT who knows exactly what's going to happen and I'm excited to live out the rest of this year , travelling and doing all of the things i love surrounded by the people i love.
