Art is useless if you don't see it . Today I went into quite a big city to see some family and just spend a day away from home and well needed break from school . We went into the city and everywhere I went there was some form of art that you'd have to either look Really closely to spot or that normal people just wouldn't notice at all . I however , let the rush of the city go past me whilst I took in every single thing I could ; let me tell you , that's tiring . Rushing through a city of crowded people whilst trying to appreciate everything is truly one of the hardest things ive ever done . I saw things such as graffiti'd walls , street performers , a hidden long boat canal in the corner of a lake and an adorable little hipster coffee shop . Unfortunately I never had time to photograph any of the things I saw because of the rush of the city . We were moving at what felt like a million miles per hour whilst people shoved past and rushed to get wherever they needed to be . However I won't forget the illegal graffiti I saw spray painted onto brick walls , which somehow I saw a meaning behind . I won't forget the little hipster coffee shop strung with fairy lights where I stopped for a latte . I won't forget what I saw when I stood over the city on an overhead bridge and watched as the busy traffic rushed up the hills with all lights going towards every single different direction. Today has been such a genuinely amazing day and I hope to be able to do so much more like this . Art is truly useless if there's nobody there to appreciate it , which is why I'm happy that today , I was there to see it ...
