1. Get into a healthier sleeping pattern - A lot of people will have this set as one of their goals i know but let me tell you the god honest truth which is that i don't think i've had a relatively decent sleeping pattern for about 3 years. I want to change my sleep for the better to be able to have better mental and physical health
2. Go to more concerts - I ADORE concerts, and i've already got a fair few lined up for this year which I'm extremely excited about. They help to boost my confidence by being in such a large crowd whilst also enjoying music i love..what could be better?
3. Take more photos - Not for my instagram theme or anything like that but for me. Sometimes i look around me and there are moments id love to keep forever and forever but for some reason it always passes by me to take a photo. Capturing memories is special!
4. Start Journaling - Journaling is supposedly a very healthy way of expressing your feelings without feeling the pressure to tell someone you might not have 100% trust in. What harm could it do to give it a try?
5.Love myself more - Love every single part of me as a person from my wide hips down to my awkward sense of humour. Realise that its not conceited to be self confident and loving yourself is just as healthy as loving someone else
Of course these are not every single one of my goals for 2016. There are much smaller ones like starting a CD collection or finding myself more experience within journalism, but when 2016 ends this is the post i want to look back on . I want to look back and be able to ask myself if ive achieved all of these. Do i love myself completely? How many concerts did i go to? How many photos are in my camera roll now? However, if i fail its not the end of the world either. Some goals just won't make it within a year but theres always more time and whats 2 years to do something instead of 1.
