1. Music - good music through good headphones can be sure to put me into a happier state of mind - anything ranging from twenty one pilots to Troye Sivan is good for me . ( I mean really have you heard Troyes song ease? It's enough to make anyone relaxed)
2. A good book - I love to read , finding the perfect book to read (whether that's from a bookstore or on my phone) is always a bonus on a rainy day - My personal choice today is A Work In Progress by Connor Franta
3. A hot chocolate (or any hot drink of your choice without caffeine in it) - relaxing with a blanket , that book I talked about earlier and a nice cup of hot chocolate is one of the worlds most relaxing things ( or you know its pumpkin spice season at starbucks)
4. Tumblr - as dumb as this one sounds sometimes just scrolling through my tumblr dash for a bit helps me feel a bit better (or Twitter , whichever you prefer)
5. Talking to a friend - I recommend your best friend , your best friend knows you better than anyone else and is always a great person to talk to when you feel down , they'll make you feel all warm and cosy even if they can't be with you in the flesh
